If there’s one thing which no one would want to see, then it’s getting diagnosed with heart diseases. A recent heart attack survivor shares her brave story of how she fought this dangerous disease. Nancy Bollard’s shares that it was a terrifying experience for her to see that she got a cardiac arrest. In her own words, she said that “I was not able to believe that I was having a cardiac arrest because when you’re just 45, you don’t believe you will get diagnosed with heart diseases.” Nancy Holland had one of those experience which no one would want to get in their entire life. She further revealed that when she got two heart attacks it made her diagnosed with a rare heart condition and at that time she decided to form a group which will help all those women who are suffering from heart diseases.

Recently The American Heart Association revealed some surprising data about the ongoing condition of US heart patients. According to reports more than 121 million people are diagnosed with heart or related diseases. The number which revealed by organization indicates lots of things about ordinary citizens health conditions. If we dig into reports, then more than 24 million people have high blood pressure problems also more than 9 percent of US adults are suffering from rare heart disease. CDC has already warned about the ongoing situation because health experts think many youngsters are not following a proper diet and not exercising daily which is making them more vulnerable to heart diseases. Now Nancy Holland has formed a sisterhood whose aim is to help all those women who are suffering from heart-related problems.
